Welcome, Jasmine!

The Mission is pleased to welcome Jasmine Sneed as our new Partnership Development Director. Jasmine brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising, event planning, and strategic counseling. She has worked with a wide variety of for-profit and nonprofit organizations, most recently as owner of Picture Puzzle Productions, the consulting firm she founded in 2004. She specializes in developing partnerships within a community, and she has been praised for her strength in relationship building.

Jasmine Sneed, Partnership Development Director

Jasmine is delighted to join the Mission, striving to honor Jesus as she cultivates His character in all she does – loving others as He has loved us and investing her “treasure” in them through service.

She lives with her husband, David, their two children Kayden (17) and Ariya (9), and two dogs in the heart of Downtown Frederick. When idle, she loves listening to audio books to relax and she loves to spend her free time hanging out with friends and family.

Carol empowers the volunteers in Rescued Treasures. Together, they provide clothing people need for themselves and their families. Carol also runs Crossed Bridges with her husband Jonathan. She enjoys playing any sport with a ball, crocheting, bike riding, and spending time with her husband and five children.

“He who loves God must love his brother also.” (1 John 4:21) explains what wakes Carol up in the morning to begin a new day; being able to serve the Lord while working with people, whether it be administratively or relationally. She loves hearing the testimonies of how Jesus has changed people’s lives, especially because He’s done so much for her!
