Over 300 students from the Frederick community received a backpack this past week along with new school supplies from the Frederick Rescue Mission. In addition to the backpacks, students received words of encouragement from staff at the Mission. Many children in the Frederick Community also attend the Mission’s Summer Enrichment Program, a program that promotes education and exploration during the summer for children in need.
